Apopka native Natalie Arrowsmith opened her real estate brokerage in 2010 with a
business model based on hard work—and human kindness. That’s because Natalie
is more than just a real estate broker. Natalie Arrowsmith is a wife, a mother, an
industry leader and volunteer all wrapped up into an individual who is gregarious,
yet down-to-earth, high energy, yet compassionate.

When Natalie first discovered an interest in real estate, she found the standard
brokerage mold was not for her. She wanted to create something new and fresh to
represent buyers and sellers, and handle property management and investment
properties. Natalie had a vision to build a new model based on values, from both
sides of the deal—from the brokerage to the clientele.

Seven years into that successful venture with Arrowsmith Realty, Natalie’s
business prowess led her to seek out ways she could accomplish even more for the
betterment of her agents and clients. She found the solution in NextHome, an up-
and-coming franchise that could give her the chance to expand her approach of
being a broker/owner and a Realtor. Joining the NextHome family allowed for a
novel, innovative way of facilitating the buying and the selling of real estate.

Natalie’s commitment to her craft helps build partnerships and knowledge. She has
served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors, Florida
Realtors and the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association for 7 years including
President and is currently serving as the District 12 Vice President for Florida
Realtors. Her involvement in the Women’s Council of REALTORS® has made a
positive impact on the Florida real estate community.
